One of my friends in Korea uploaded a photo of Miso Stew on Facebook, and another put homemade Shallot Kimchi. And another one who is a Foodie reporter always put loads of food and restaurants he went, which are usually very typical Korean comfort food.
I couldn’t wait any longer. I needed to eat some Korean, properly.
I stopped at shops and made Shallot Kimchi as soon as I got home.
It will be ready when I wanna eat it in a coupla days.
