I’m in full swing of making Croquembuche. Actually just Profiteroles for now. I will tower them at work tonight.
It’s for my big manager who is having his last night at work. I made flags of 18 countries to stick on the tower.
I am sad about his leaving, so I wanted to make something nice and special.
I’m also planning my birthday party this weekend.
I was going to have it at home if my home was ready, but it’s far from ready so I will just have it out at a club where one of my colleagues will be djing.
